Our Return (change of mind) Policy
We will refund items that are –
- ‘As new’ in appearance – no signs of wear, use, installation or damage
- In original packaging, which is in perfect condition
- Returned within 60 days from date of purchase
Please contact us before returning your item via our Contact page or at firstname.lastname@example.org . If we receive an item for return that is not in perfect condition (e.g. packaging damaged, showing signs of wear or use) we may decline the return.
We’ll assess your item and process a refund back to your original payment method. We aim to do this within 72 business hours of receiving the item.
We’ll refund the price you paid for that item only, less a 5% restocking fee. We do not refund any shipping costs originally charged.
You’ll receive an email notifying you once it has been processed.
If you are unlucky enough to experience a problem or fault that you think may be a warranty claim please contact us directly via the Contact page or at email@example.com before sending back any items, so we can assess the issue and work out the best way to get you cranking again!
All goods are shipped using Australia Post and their partners.
Shipping within Australia is by Parcel Post service with delivery from 2 to 10 days depending on destination.
International shipping is via Economy Air service with delivery within 14 days for most destinations.
Note: Import duties and taxes for destinations other than Australia are the responsibility of the recipient.
