What is not covered:

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by someone other than Adventure Hydration.

How to make a claim:

  • Contact Us: If you believe your product is defective, please reach out to us within the 1-year warranty period.
  • Provide Proof of Purchase: A copy of your receipt or order number will be required.
  • Product Inspection: Our team may request photos or a description of the issue for an initial evaluation.
  • Return Process: If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement. Return shipping costs are covered by us for warranty claims.

Warranty limitations:

  • This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
  • Adventure Hydration reserves the right to determine whether the defect is covered under the warranty and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
